PROSPER- SALES MONITORING & LOGISTICS SYSTEM

Challenges faced by businesses that have distribution across large area and distributors service the customer.
  1. The primary sales order reaches through Email/Fax/Courier/ Telephone. The data takes time to reach and may not be complete, accurate and timely.
  2. Executive sends his daily call report (DCR) by courier, once a day. The report may/ may not reach on time. The efficacy of the report reduces.
  3. If the cost of communication is about Rs 1200/- per executive per month and there are 100 executives, this works out to Rs 1,20,000/- per month. This is a very high expense and difficult to reduce.
