We installed PROSPER Customer Relationship
Management software in the first week of January 2004. We
are pleased to record the following benefits that we have
noticed-
1. We are able to follow-up for pre-service, post service,
extended warranty and insurance, on all the cars sold by us
and even those customers who have not bought car from us but
have visited our workshop for servicing their car.
2. We are now able to remind the customers about the exact
date of car's service, on the basis of car running and last
service, through out the life of the car.
3. We are able to track all delays in reminding service follow-up,
by customer care executive.
